Policies, Terms and Conditions:

You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and handling fees. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Custom orders CANNOT be cancelled.
If you cancel an order that has already shipped, shipping fees and handling fees will apply. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us.


We accept returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 21 days of original ship date for refund.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. No restocking fee. You will receive a full product refund, less shipping and handling.
Returns made after 21 days can only be exchanged.
You will have 365 days (one full year) from original ship date to do an exchange/gift credit.

  1. Return requested after 365 days from original ship date.
  2. Worn shoes or shoes with soiled soles can not be returned. (Please try on your shoes on a clean, soft surface to prevent soiling of the suede soles.)
  3. Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  1. Email us to obtain a FREE prepaid return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us. You can also use CONTACT FORM here to request prepaid return label. (Our free return option only applies to orders shipped to the U.S. & one prepaid return label allowed per one order. Accessories weight less than one lb. does not qualify for our free return option. Order shipped with free shipping coupon or discount does not qualify for our free return option.)
  2. You also need to fill out the Return/Exchange Form which you can download one from HERE. Once you have completely filled out the Return/Exchange Form, please send it back with the merchandise using the prepaid label that we sent you. You can also download Return/Exchange Form here.
  3. You can give the package to any UPS location or UPS driver. To find a closest UPS location to drop off a package CLICK HERE.


If you are eligible for a credit card refund, Apple Dance Shoes will issue a refund to your credit card between 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status. If you cancel an order, or received an incorrect order, Apple Dance Shoes will issue a refund to your credit card company within 5 to 10 days of notifying Apple Dance Shoes of the cancellation or incorrect shipment. In the case of returns, your refund will be issued (less any applicable restocking and shipping fees) to your credit card company within 5 to 10 days of the Apple Dance Shoes receipt of your returned merchandise in its original condition.
Please note that, while Apple Dance Shoes will issue a refund to your credit card account within 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status, many credit card companies can take up to 14 days to post the refund to your account and make the funds available to you. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for more information on their refund policy.
Once we receive your returns for exchange, your exchange item(s) will be processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. If you like to rush your exchange, please contact us.
All exchange requests are subject to availability. By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may no longer be available. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Incorrect shipping address will cost additional charge from UPS which will be billed to your credit card.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 1:00PM PST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Apple Dance Shoes only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
