Returns for REFUND will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per pair. Returns for exchange will not be subject to the handling fee but will be required to pay the shipping fee of $9.00 per pair.
Please return the shoes as new (unworn) within 21 days of receipt with original receipt and place a note inside the box with specific instructions and stating the reason for return. Shoes must be returned by insured mail via USPS. .

SOILED SHOES AND SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. For your own protection, please insure all returned goods. We cannot give credit for shoes lost in shipment.
